3-D Virtual Reality Comic Strips
There are two ways for you to experience 's 3-D interactive comics:
- Virtual Reality versions. QuickTime required. A link for downloading is included on the page to which this link takes you, if you do not have the plug-in installed.
- Non-Virtual Reality versions. No special software is required. If you are seeing this page, you can interact with these comics!
Currently there are seven comics (both versions) available.
- Lost in the Paper. Join with Frank as he roams off the comics pages through the other sections of the paper.
- Alien Cookie Monsters. Martians arrive on earth to look for the most valuable commodity we have! Join them in their search!
- Silly Putty. Find all of the places children hide their favorite toy! Look out for the dinosaur with the crushing jaw!
- Museum of Real History. Discover who participated in many of the greatest inventions and discoveries of all time!
- Art Auction. What - or who - made Mona Lisa smile?! Were there? Go to the auction to find out!
- Pyramid Power. Travel back in time to ancient Egypt and learn what was really inside the ancient pyramids. .
- Lunar Stagefright. Go to the moon and find out why have stagefright. Also, why are they on the moon?

Both types of Interactive Comic allow you to enter the world and story of a strip first published in the newspaper. So, how do they differ?
- "Virtual Reality" interactive comics have the added feature of 360 degree 3-D environments in which you may move around and explore - and from which you may link to other 360 degree 3-D environments and/or to static "flat" images.
- "Non-Virtual Reality" interactive comics work with all browsers and no special software is required to enjoy these versions. You link from page to page via image maps or links. Plus, you may find some Animated GIF's! As with the "Virtual Reality" Interactive Comics, you proceed through the comic based on the clicks and links you choose!
