LICENSE. The Comics grants you the non-exclusive right to use comic art materiel selected, purchased and downloaded with this transaction for one single use of each image within the usage (media category/vehicle, distribution total and geography) you specify for each respective image. The comic art material is not to be altered or modified in any way. This license does not grant you the right to use the licensed comic art material for any use other than what you indicate in your selection process. Furthermore, the licensed comic art material is not to be used in any way that is defamatory or pornographic, implies a commercial endorsement, or otherwise violates any applicable laws.
Up to five comic art images by one creator may be used in a single content source. If you order more than one comic, each comic may be used only for the usage you specify for that particular comic art image.
WARRANTY/LIABILITY. The Comics warrants that it has the right to grant this license to you. The Comics makes no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall The Comics be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the comic art material licensed hereunder.
ASSIGNMENT/COPIES. You may not transfer or assign this license to a third party. You may not make copies, either digital or printed, of the comic art material covered hereunder for the purpose of relicensing or reselling the comic art material or for any purpose except those expressly set forth in the usage you specify. Copying or storage of the comic art material other than as specified herein is expressly prohibited.
COPY OF USAGE. Within 30 days of release, send two copies of the licensed usage of comic to The Comics, Reprints Department, 6033 West Century Boulevard, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90045.
GENERAL. This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Comics concerning the license of the comic art material you select. This license is governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. All rights to comic art material distributed by The Comics are retained by their copyright owners and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. This license shall terminate immediately is you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.
